Guest writer James Hales is a Museum volunteer and local historian. James earned the 2008 Arkansas Museums Association Volunteer of the Year Award for his outstanding service and commitment to the museum. He is the author of Rogers Arkansas 1881 - 2006, The Fabulous 1960s in Rogers, Arkansas, and The Lost Town of Monte Ne.
