(a) An Ordinance Adopting the Master Trail Plan for the City of Rogers (Old Business) (Final vote)

7:00 P.M. - TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE: (Kruger, Hines & Townzen) Conference Room #1

To Discuss:

(a) Main Street Rogers/Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce is requesting approval to close the parking lot north of the
Frisco Stage & 1st Street from Walnut to Poplar and Elm Street  from 1st Street to 2nd Street from 6:00 pm Friday, June 4th to 6:00 pm Saturday, June 5 for the Multicultural Festival

(b) A Resolution Authorizing an Addendum to the Contract with Rhythm Engineering and Associates, of Lenexa, KS to Provide
for the Payment of Sales Tax

(c) A Resolution Authorizing a Contract with Fochtman Enterprises, Inc. of Fayetteville, AR

7:15 P.M. - PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE: (Townzen, Wright & Daniel) (Conference Room #1)

To Discuss:

(a) A Resolution Approving the Settlement of Certain Litigation Brought Against the City of Rogers, the Rogers Water Utilities and the Rogers Waterworks & Sewer Commission

(a) An Ordinance Appropriating $104,953 from CMRS 911ACT 46 Fund Reserves to CMRS 911 ACT 46 Acct. #352-52-70210 in the Amount of $80,635 and CMRS 911 ACT 46 Acct. #352-52-70250 in the Amount of $24,318; Waiving Competitive Bidding

(b) An Ordinance Appropriating $54,500 from General Fund Reserves to Fire Dept. Acct. #100-04-70250; Waiving Competitive Bidding
