The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for the
enforcement city ordinances. The department responds to and
investigates citizen complaints, and educates the public on
code-related issues. The Code Enforcement department helps
the citizens of Rogers to keep our city looking it’s best by
reminding citizens to:
• Keep all lawns mowed
• Put trash at curbside no more than 24 hours prior to
scheduled pickup
• Report instances of illegal dumping within the city
• Keep all vehicles tagged, licensed and in running
condition
• Conduct no more than two garage sales in each calendar
year
• Obtain a city permit prior to having a garage sale
• Have a business license if operating a business (including
daycare centers) within the Rogers city limits
• Keep all dogs in a fenced yard or on a leash
• Keep dogs from barking constantly
• Spay and neuter all pets
• If you want to add or remodel your house you need to get a
permit from Inspections at 621-1100.
The City of Rogers offers a yearly spring clean up in April.
The clean up is divided into four sections: North of Oak
Street and East of Dixieland, South of Oak Street and East
of Dixieland, North of Oak Street and West of Dixieland, and
South of Oak Street and West of Dixieland.
Items that will be picked up: mattresses, refrigerator (freon
removed), air conditioner, etc.
Brush and tree limbs can be taken to the Rogers Street
Department throughout the clean up month on Saturdays from
8AM to noon.
El Departamento de Leyes es responsable por el cumplimiento
de las ordenanzas de la ciudad. Ellos responden e investigan
quejas de ciudadanos y también educan al público con
problemas legales relacionados con las ordenanzas. El
Departamento de Leyes Generales ayuda a los ciudadanos de
Rogers a mantener la buena apariencia de nuestra ciudad
recordándole lo siguiente:
• Mantener su césped cortado
• Sacar su basura sólamente 24 horas antes de que sea
recogida
• Mantener limpia la ciudad libre de basura
• Mantener sus automóviles en buenas condiciones,
registrados y con placas actualizadas
• Tener no más de dos ventas de garage por año
• Tener su permiso para ventas de cosas usadas
• Tener licencia para su negocio
• Tener licencia de negocios si tiene una guardería de niños
• Mantener siempre a sus perros dentro de su cerca y
amarrados
• Prevenir que sus perros ladren contínuamente
• Esterilizar a todos los animales/mascotas
• Si usted quiere ampliar o remodelar su casa debe solicitar
un permiso en la Oficina de Inspecciones al teléfono
621-1100.
La Ciudad de Rogers ofrece una limpieza de primavera anual
en abril. La limpieza está dividida en cuatro secciones:
Norte de la calle Oak y Este de la Calle Dixieland, Sur de
la calle Oak y Este de la calle Dixieland, Norte de la calle
Oak y Oeste de la calle Dixieland, y Sur de la Calle Oak y
Oeste de la calle Dixieland.
Articulos que serán recogidos: colchones, refrigeradores,
aire acondicionado, etc.
Ramas y hojas de árboles pueden ser llevadas al Departamento
de Calles durante el mes de la limpieza los sábados de 8AM
hasta el mediodía.
