Booking Policy and Procedures

Contact Jennifer at 479-621-1154 or jsweet@rogersark.org to schedule a program or arrange to borrow loan materials. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
 

Size:  A minimum of 10 children is required, except for physically- and mentally- challenged classes.

Schedules:  Programs vary in length.  Under the Programs link, you will find a list of available programs.  Each program will have a length listed.  Unless otherwise noted, programs can be taught at the Museum or at the school.  When you contact the museum to schedule a program, please have the following information ready:  School name, grade level, number of classes and number of students.  Some dates may not be available.  Schedule as far in advance as possible. 

Cancellation/changes:  If you need to cancel or change the number of children attending, please notify the museum as early as possible.
