REQUEST FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PROPOSALS

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Rogers Street Department is accepting proposals for the landscape maintenance of the Downtown Rogers Intersection landscape islands, Downtown Butterfly Park, and I-540 entrance landscaping:

SITE LOCATIONS
• Landscape islands located at 1st & Walnut; 2nd & Walnut; 3rd & Walnut; 1st & Elm; 2nd & Elm; 1st & Poplar; 2nd & Poplar; 1st & Cherry; and, 2nd & Cherry. Also, the parking lot between 2nd & 3rd on South side of Walnut; and, alley landscaping on Walnut between 1st & 2nd Street

• Butterfly Park located at the South East corner of 1st & Cherry.

• I-540 on and off ramp on West Walnut.

Bid packets can be picked up at the front desk at
Rogers City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut on November 19th, 2012.
