Invitation to Bid - Police fleet equipment for 2013 Chevrolet Tahoes
Sealed bids due April 8, 2013, 10:00a CT


The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting bids for Police fleet equipment for 2013 Chevrolet Tahoes. All equipment to conform to bid specifications, or comparable to bid specification. The Rogers Police Department retains the right to determine comparability.

Bid specifications may be picked up from between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning Monday, April 01, 2013, at Rogers City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut. Questions should be addressed to Sgt. Scott Clifton, Rogers Police Department at 479-621-1172.

Bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 08, 2013, in the Community Room at the Rogers City Administration building, 301 W. Chestnut.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept any bid or proposal it deems favorable to the best interest of the City of Rogers.

Bids must be received no later than 10:00a.m. Monday, April 08, 2013,and should be addressed to the City Clerk @ 301 W. Chestnut, in a sealed envelope marked Police Equipment Bid
