The Running Clinic is designed for all
fitness levels. The objective is to improve VO2 max,
increase stamina, endurance and energy. The workout
starts with only walking and gradually advances to
walk/run workouts and finally running. If you feel you
are more advanced and would like to start with some
running right away, chose your appropriate point in the
program. Just remember not to start out too quickly
We offer 26 Aerobics classes per week in
our aerobic suite. You can choose from step, yoga or a
muscle conditioning class. If you are really looking for
a challenge, try Cardio Combat. This class will use your
Training Zone to the max through intervals of sport
conditioning drills that burn calories and build muscle
definition.

This one hour dance class is sure to
tighten up the abdominal muscles and core section of the
body, including the back. You will learn fundamental
isolations, arm movements, travel steps, shimmies and
more.
The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is
the nation’s leading exercise program designed
exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic
fitness center membership at no cost. The SilverSneakers
program includes use of basic amenities and access to
our signature SilverSneakers classes. The program is
typically offered to Medicare-eligible members of a
sponsoring organization or health plan.
Medicare-eligible members are adults age 65 or older, or
in some cases, those of any age deemed disabled and
receiving Medicare.
This class, also known as
cycling is a fun, calorie burning workout on a
stationary bike. Tension can be increased or decreased
similar to switching gears which makes this class
perfect for all levels, no pressure to keep up with
others. You control the intensity of your own workout.
