Women's League
ADULT SOCCER (FALL)
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Teams play 11 vs. 11 under FIFA
(Football International Federation Association) with some
additional league rules. Teams are divided into different
divisions (first, second, third, and fourth) based on skill
level, with the First Division being the most skilled.
Team fees for referees and trophies:
First Division ($580)
Second Division ($530)
Third Division ($530)
Fourth Division ($530)

SEASON DESCRIPTION: League games will be played on
Saturday afternoons and all day on Sunday. Teams will play
one (1) game a week with a mixture of Saturday and Sunday
games. Games on Saturday will begin at 2:00pm and games on
Sunday will begin at 8:00am. Each division will play a 9
game season with the top four (4) teams advancing to a
single elimination tournament after the regular season is
over. The top four (4) teams are based on a point system (3
points for a win and 1 point for a tie). If two (2) teams
are tied with the same number of points, then goal
differential will be used to break the tie. Goal
differential is the number of goals scored on the season
minus the number of goals given up on the season.
AWARDS: AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TOP SCORER, BEST
GOALKEEPER, AND ALL FINALISTS
Fall Registration Information
ADULT
SOCCER (SPRING)
Roster – The official new
roster provided must be used for all games. Roster
must have at least twelve players listed when submitted. Any
new players that were not on the Fall roster will need
to pay $35.00
New player registration – Only the Coach,
Assistant Coach, and/or Manager may
add/transfer players on the official roster.
Additions to roster may be made Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. –
6:00 p.m.
There is a 24 hour waiting period before your soccer player
pass can be printed.
Soccer Pass/Pictures - Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. –
7:30 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Transfers Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Transfers – Coach of the team you are transferring from
must come to the RAC and remove your name from his roster
and turn in the player pass (staff put player pass in black
filing box located near soccer computer). If player decides
to play for a different team that coach must come into the
RAC and add your name to the roster and pay $55.00 transfer
fee.
Players can be registered throughout season, but
transfers may only be made up to the 5th game.
Team Stands and Suspensions – will be posted at
www.rogersarkansas.com/parks or on the information board
at the RAC Soccer Complex.

Each player must be 35 years old to participate.
Games are 8v8 two 30 minutes halves.
No offside.
No slide tackles.
Unlimited substitution.

Women’s Soccer
League
Registration for the Rogers-Community School Recreation
Association women’s soccer league will be taken until August
29 at the Rogers Activity Center. The league is schedule to
start on September 6. The league will play 5v5 and the entry
fee for each team will be $225.00. Registration fee include
8 games, Referee fees and league Awards. For more
