ADULT SOCCER (FALL)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Teams play 11 vs. 11 under FIFA (Football International Federation Association) with some additional league rules. Teams are divided into different divisions (first, second, third, and fourth) based on skill level, with the First Division being the most skilled.

SEASON DESCRIPTION: League games will be played on Saturday afternoons and all day on Sunday. Teams will play one (1) game a week with a mixture of Saturday and Sunday games. Games on Saturday will begin at 3:00pm and games on Sunday will begin at 8:00am. Each division will play an 11 game season with the top four (4) teams advancing to a single elimination tournament after the regular season is over. The top four (4) teams are based on a point system (3 points for a win and 1 point for a tie). If two (2) teams are tied with the same number of points, then goal differential will be used to break the tie. Goal differential is the number of goals scored on the season minus the number of goals given up on the season.

AWARDS: The teams that finish first and second in the single elimination tournament will receive individual awards and a team trophy.
Fall Registration Information

ADULT SOCCER (SPRING)

Roster – Deadline is March 7, 2008. The official new roster  provided must be used for all games. Roster must have at least twelve players listed when submitted. Any new players that were not on the Fall 2007 roster will need to pay $55.00

New teams to the League deadline is March 25, 2008

Team Fees must when roster is submitted 1st Division $275.00, 2nd Division $250.00, 3rd Division $225.00 and 4th Division $225.00. Second Payment will be due April 29, 2008.

New player registration – Only the Coach may add/transfer players on the official roster.

Additions to roster may be made Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. No passes will be printed until March 12, 2008. There is a 24 hour waiting period before your soccer player pass can be printed.

Soccer Pass/Pictures - Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Transfers Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Transfers – Transfers will not be allowed before March 12, 2008. Coach of the team you are transferring from must come to the RAC and remove your name from his roster and turn in the player pass (staff put player pass in black filing box located near soccer computer). If player decides to play for a different team that coach must come into the RAC and add your name to the roster and pay $30.00 transfer fee.

The last day to make any changes to rosters is May 14, 2008.

Team Stands and Suspensions – will be posted at www.rogersarkansas.com/parks or on the information board at the RAC Soccer Complex.

Meeting for all adult soccer coaches will be held April 6, 2008 at 2 p.m.

TEAM FEES: $350.00 PER TEAM

1. DO NOT TAKE TEAM ENTRY FEE WITHOUT A ROSTER THAT HAS THE
ROGERS SOCCER LOGO ON THE TOP. PUT ROSTERS IN THE
ENVELOPE MARKED OVER 35 SOCCER.

2. EACH TEAM GETS 8 PLAYERS PASSES FOR THE TEAM FEE.
ADDITIONAL PLAYER PASSES WILL COST $10.00

15 PLAYERS IS THE MOST EACH TEAM CAN HAVE

TEAM ROSTERS AND ENTRY FEE DUE: August 1

SCHEDULES: League Meeting on August 10 @ 2:00 p.m.

LEAGUE GAMES BEGIN:  August 17, 2008

Women’s Soccer League

Registration for the Rogers-Community School Recreation Association women’s soccer league will be taken until August 29 at the Rogers Activity Center. The league is schedule to start on September 6. The league will play 5v5 and the entry fee for each team will be $225.00. Registration fee include 8 games, Referee fees and league Awards.
