Lil’ Hoopsters
Registration and Program Information

This FUNdamental program is for children in kindergarten and first grade to begin learning the basic skills of basketball to help them succeed once they are old enough to play in the league. This class is taught by experienced coaches. All Lil’ Hoopsters will receive a t-shirt and a basketball. This five week program is held on Saturday mornings beginning January 9th. The registration deadline is January 4, but there are limited openings so register early to ensure a spot in this fun basketball class.

Session 1 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Session 2 10:15 – 11:15 a.m.
Fee: $40 (*RAC Club Membership Required)


Youth Basketball Registration
Registration and League Information

Recreational leagues for grades 2-5 that focus on skill development and player participation. Second and third grade teams play 3-on-3 and all other grades will play 5-on-5 with some grades having special restrictions. Teams will be divided by schools, if for any reason you have a special request, please contact the league director. Games will be played on Saturdays at local school gyms. Some weeknight games will be necessary. Volunteer coaches are needed in all grades. If you are going to coach, please fill out a coach’s volunteer application and indicate your interest on your child’s registration form.

Cost of the program is $50.00 (RAC membership required $20.00). Registration will be taken from October 1, 2009 to November 13, 2009. Practices will begin the week of December 7 and games will begin January 16.



Competitive Middle School Basketball Registration
Registration and League Information

Rogers Activity Center is offering a Competitive Middle School Basketball League that will better prepare participants for future school-level play. Boys and girls teams will be formed for all Rogers Middle Schools. Program is open to grades six, seven, and eight. The program will feature more practice time, more games, tournament play, better trained coaches, and involvement of the Rogers Public School coaching staff.

Cost of the program is $50.00 (RAC membership required $20.00). Registration will be taken from October 1, 2009 to November 13, 2009. Practices will begin the week of December 7 and games will begin January 16.
