PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. Request by the City of Rogers for review of proposed changes  to the Master Street Plan -Smith

2. Request by the City of Rogers for a Conditional Use Permit for a radio communication tower at 3101 West Oak St. in the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district -Spann

3. Request by Kim Fugitt to rezone approx. 3.87 ac. from A-1 (Agricultural) to RMF-6.5A (Residential Multi-family) and approx. .63 ac. from to the RSF (Residential Single-family) zoning district. Both sites are on the north side of Pleasant Grove Road between 43rd & 44th Sts. -Fugitt
