REPORTS FROM BOARDS AND STANDING COMMITTEES:
Recommendation by the Subdivision Committee to discuss
revising the City’s current requirement to provide a 2-year
Letter of Credit for all interior sidewalks.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Request by Martin Gonzalez to rezone 210 No. 7th St.
from R-DP (Residential Duplex-Patio) to the R-O (Residential
Office) zoning district -Gonzales
2. LSDP for the White Oak Station at the corner of Promenade
Blvd. & New Hope Road in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning
district -Tang
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Request by Melvin Edwards for a Conditional Use
Permit on behalf of the Bank of the Ozarks for a financial
institution in the R-O (Residential Office) zoning district
-Ellis
2. Request by Brenda McFarland for a Conditional Use Permit
for day care in the RMF-12B (Residential Multi-family)
zoning district. Facility is in the Rogers Commons apartment
complex -McFarland
3. Request by P.F. Chang’s for a Conditional Use Permit for
a private club in Pinnacle Promenade, in the C-2 (Highway
(Commercial) zoning district -Taylor
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Request for s 6-month time extension on the LSD approval
for the Benchmark Office Development at 1803 North 2nd St.
(staff has already approved one 6-month time extension)
-Thibodaux
2. Request for a 1-year time extension for commencement of
development for The Parks Subdivision at the NE corner of
Stoney Brook Rd. & Rainbow Road (this has been approved
twice by the Planning Commission: Jan. 6, 2004 and Aug. 16,
2005) -Fox
3. Preliminary & Final Plat for Fox Briar Subdivision (aka
Longview Mobile Home Park) in the R-AH (Residential
Affordable Housing) zoning district -Ingalls
