OLD BUSINESS:

1. Request by Ranea Cage for a 1-year concession permit located in the parking lot of Frisco Station Mall in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district -Cage

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. A request by Lewis & Rita Bishop for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a mobile home at 4400 Rainbow Road in the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district -Bishop

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Request by Pinnacle Hills Memorial Gardens, LLC for a waiver from The Rogers Drainage Manual requirement that requires 2 feet of freeboard on all stormwater pipes -Ellis
