OLD BUSINESS:
1. Discussion on the limits of the C-2 zoning for New Hope
Properties on the south side of West New Hope, east of
Bellview. The attached exhibit “A” shows the southern limits
of the C-2 zoning based on the approved Jamestown LSDP.
The new proposal (Exhibit “B”) is for the Jamestown road to
move further south which would increase the area for the
proposed C-2
zoning -DuQuesne
CONSENT AGENDA:
1. LSDP, Rogers Board of Realtors at Oak St. & So. 45th St.
in the R-O (Residential Office) zoning district -Bates
2. Final Plat for The Farms, south of Oak St. & north of the
45th St. bridge in the C-2 (Highway Commercial), C-3
(Neighborhood Commercial), R-O (Residential Office) and A-1
(Agricultural) zoning districts -Booth
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Request by New Hope Properties to rezone approx. 4.426
ac. from R-O (Residential Office) to the RO-CU (Residential
Office-
Condominium Unit) zoning district -DuQuesne
2. Request by C..H. Peaks, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit
to operate an assisted living facility in The Peaks PUD,
between Bellview Ave. & 26th St. -Haynes
3. Request by Pleasant Crossing, LLC to rezone approx. 141.5
ac. In a Planned Unit Development from C-2 (Highway
Commercial)
to the C2-CU (Highway Commercial-Condominium Unit) zoning
district and 10.5 ac. from R-O (Residential Office) to the
RO-CU
(Residential Office-Condominium Unit) zoning district

East New Hope in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning
district -Castor
