PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. A request by Landon Garner for Ice It Down LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an ice machine at 2525 Northeast Hudson Road in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district.

2. A request by Yong Shan Lin for Asian & Sushi Restaurant for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an a private club at 2603 Pleasant Grove in Tuscany Square in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district.
