PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Request by Tom Arnold for a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a private club at 1919 So. 8th St. (Value Inn &
Suites) in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning District

2. Request by Thomas & Sharon Moore to rezone approx. 1.36
