PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Request by Crabby’s Restaurant for a Conditional Use
Permit to operate a private club at So. 52nd St. & Horsebarn
Road, in the Crossland Building. Site is zoned C-2 (Highway
Commercial) -Moran
2. Request by Mike Pennington for consideration of a PUD
(Planned Unit Development) Concept Plan for an assisted
living facility and senior housing at a density of 8
units/acre. Site is on the west side of Old Wire Road and is
currently zoned RSF (Residential Single-family) -Pennington
3. Request by Bimini Crossing for a Conditional Use Permit
for residential multi-family in the R-O (Residential Office)
zoning district. The site is at the NW corner of Osage Road
and Financial Parkway -Ellis
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Request by Crossland Heavy for a waiver from the Large
Scale review process for a screened, gravel storage yard on
the south side of Hudson Road in the I-2 (Heavy Industrial)
zoning district -Thibodaux
2. Request by The Fredeen Group for a waiver from the Large
Scale review process for concession stands, restrooms and a
new
press box at Veteran’s Park in the R-DP (Residential
Duplex-Patio) zoning district -McClafflin
3. LSDP, New Hope Commercial Ph. 1 on the north side of New
Hope Road (behind Bob Maloney Ford). Phase 1 is in the C-3
(Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district -Elder
