1. A request by PWX, LLC to rezone 21.18 acres located West of South Dixieland and South of Brooks Place from a mix of R-O (Residential Office) and C-2 (Highway Commercial) to RMF-18A (Residential Multifamily, 18 units per acre with individual ownership). Tabled at the Jan. 15 meeting.– Larkin

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. A request by Landon Garner for Ice It Down LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an ice machine at 2525 Northeast Hudson Road in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district. – Garner

2. A request by Yong Shan Lin for Asian & Sushi Restaurant for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an a private club at 2603 Pleasant Grove in Tuscany Square in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district. - Lin
