OLD BUSINESS:

1. Request for additional outdoor display for Rogers Outdoor Sports at 2115 W. Walnut in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning
district -Berman

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. Request by Pinnacle Investments to rezone approx. 62.97 ac. from A-1 (Agricultural) to 47.48 ac. of C-2 (Highway Commercial)
and approx. 15.49 ac. of R-O (Residential Office) as part of a PUD (Planned Unit Development). The overall site is located south of
Pauline Whittaker Parkway, east of Pinnacle Hills Parkway -Butler

2. Request by Thornhart Ventures, LLC for consideration of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) concept Plan for Twin Bridges containing approx. 21.91 ac. the site is located at 5723 Stoneybrook Road in the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district -Thibodaux

1. Request by Bill Watkins for a waiver from the Large Scale Review process for a 1,034 s.f. addition at 1106 W. Poplar St. in the R-O (Residential Office) zoning district -Watkins

2. Request by Stitt Energy for a waiver from the Large Scale review process for a 1,010 s.f. addition at 1301 So. 8th St. in the C-3 (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district -Stitt
