PUBLIC HEARINGS:

 1.  Request by Sunday Partners, LLC to reconfigure the zoning for approx. 9.46 ac. to include 4.16  ac. of C-2 (Highway      Commercial) and 5.30 ac. of R-O (Residential Office) as part of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) at Ajax Ave. & Bellview Road

2.  Request by Reynalda Gandara for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a day care at 2311 W. Easy St in the RSF-5 (Residential) zoning district   -Gandara

3.  Request by Brenda McFarland for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a day care at 575 W. Pleasant Grove Road in the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district   -McFarland

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Request for a waiver from the Large Scale review process by The City of Rogers for a building relocation at 8th & Price Lane in the I-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district   -Glass  (plan will be presented at the meeting)

2.  Minor revision to the Pleasant Crossing PUD Concept Plan on the south side of Pleasant Grove Road.  This revision is in the
C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district of the PUD     -Reaves
