2. A request by Tyese Camon for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a day care at 2200 Commons Dr. (formerly Rogers Commons Apartments) in the RMF-12B (Residential Multi-family) zoning district -Camon

3. A request by the Rogers School District for a Conditional Use Permit for a public school on a 10.42 ac. site, east of Mt. Hebron Road and south of Cross Creek Blvd. The site is in the RSF-4 (Residential) zoning district -Ellis
