Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) is the Rogers Police Department's tactical unit.  SWAT officers trained for a variety of events to include: various weapons drills and live fire exercises, dynamic and covert entries, school shooter/active shooter, vehicle assaults, bus assaults, officer down drills, hostage rescue, and various table top exercises.  The SWAT Team also participated in a joint training exercise with the Crisis Negotiation Team.
