About Us
Our Mission & Philosophy
The primary mission of the Adult Wellness Center is to
improve quality of life through whole person wellness for
adults 50 years of age and older. The center has programs
designed to enhance an individual’s physical, mental, and
social well-being. Following the concept of successful
aging, we hope to help area adults avoid disease and
disability, maintain high cognitive and physical functioning
and therefore independence, and continue to engage in social
and productive activities including work and volunteer
opportunities.
