Rooms may be reserved by groups that are made up of only AWC members or rented by a member if the group includes attendees who are not AWC members.  See below for more information.

• Reserving a Room
  Rooms at the Adult Wellness Center may be reserved by members for cards, dominoes, arts & crafts interest groups, etc. for ongoing activities or a one time event.

Cost
Free! All members of the group must also be AWC members.

Times Available
Reservations are only available during the open hours of the center and are made on a first come first serve basis.

• Renting a Room
  Rooms at the Adult Wellness Center may be rented by an active member for a one time event.  Room rentals must be for events that fit within our mission statement and have a senior focus.  All guests do not have to be members of the AWC.  Guests may only participate in the activity in the rented room.

Cost
The cost is per hour of use and differs depending on the size of the room.  Rental rates are subject to change.

Large Rooms (Dining Room, Game Rooms, Gymnasium)
$50.00 per hour with a $100 deposit.
Deposit is returned if room is left clean and in good condition.

Smaller Rooms (Multi-Purpose Room, Board Room, Arts & Crafts Room)
$25.00 per hour with a $50 deposit.
Deposit is returned if room is left clean and in good condition.
